Terms of Use · Fono and Dopa

These Terms of Use apply to the Fono and Dopa mobile applications (together, the “Apps”), published by Dopa Elabs SL (“we”, “our” or “us”). By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to these terms.

1. Apple's Standard License Agreement

If you downloaded an App from the Apple App Store, your use of it is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. If they conflict, Apple's agreement applies.

2. Your Account

Give accurate information when you create an account, and keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for activity on your account.
You can delete your account at any time. See how to delete your account.

3. Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

The Apps are free to download. Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions and, where offered, a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and plan lengths are shown in the App before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Apps, you agree not to:

Choose a username or avatar that is offensive, misleading or infringes someone else's rights
Cheat in leagues or matches, or use bots or automated tools
Copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Apps or their content
Interfere with the Apps' security or with other players' use of them

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Our Content

The lessons, tutors, characters, illustrations, audio and other content in the Apps belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning, not for commercial use.

6. Ads

The free versions of the Apps show ads. How ads use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to the Apps and These Terms

We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the App or on this page before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Apps are provided “as is”. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't guarantee they will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Apps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
